Design of thermal systems for energy storage units in outdoor-rated environmentsDesign of mechanical components, subassemblies, and high-level system integrationSupporting overall architecture design decisions based on external client requirementsCreating 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, bill of materialsCreating manufacturability checklists and leading DFM reviewsSupporting failure analysis investigations and development of FMEADeveloping relationships with OEMs, vendors, manufacturers, and key suppliersMechanical design and documentation to support UL product certification
